Just A Sign Spring Is Around The Corner
Every spring Hays and I do some things in the yard to try and make it look a little better. I always say that one of my hobbies is to pretend to be a gardner. Well this year in honor of Olivia's birth we planted a climbing rose on a trellis against the house. Hopefully, we will see it grow big every year right along with Olivia. I told Hays if we ever move we will have to dig this special climbing rose up and take it with us.

Six Weeks Old, My How Time Flies By So Quickly
Olivia is six weeks old today. Man have things changed around our house in the last month and a half. God has truly blessed us beyond measure. Six weeks ago today God sent the most precious gift to us and boy has she rocked our world. The first two nights home were a little rough but beyond that she has been such a good baby. She hardly ever cries and is pretty content most of the time. Right now she is eating every 2.5 hours during the day and will go one long stretch (4 hours) at night, which mommy and daddy are very thankful for. Of course, we are her parents, but we think she is the most beautiful baby. She has been such a joy the last six weeks and we could have never imagined that we could love someone so much. I am so sad that the newborn stage is over but very excited for what time has in store for us and Olivia's development. Olivia is truly a blessing from our Lord and for that we are grateful.

Our First Trip To Memphis As Three....
So we took our first trip to Memphis this past weekend to visit and so Hays could take pictures at a basketball tournament. We had the best time. It was nice to stay with my parents, they help out so much it makes me and Hays feel like we are on vacation.
We are still not taking Olivia out in public so she had many visitors. She, of course, met Kai for the first time. We were not real sure how he would react to sharing his kingdom with a princess but he did very good. By the end of our time he was calling her "little darlin" and "little princess" and was telling us how much he loved her. I think they will have so much fun together and will enjoy their time with Nano and Pops. She also met her great grandparents as well as her future (in a veerrryyy long time) boyfriend, Cole. We had so much fun and wish that we lived just a tad closer.
