Uncle Jay and Aunt Rebecca

This is Olivia with her Uncle Jay and Aunt Rebecca. They are two of our very good friends from college. Rebecca was my Phi Mu big sister and suite mate the last year in college. We never thought we would see the day that one of us would have a child.

Rebecca came to visit with us over the weekend. She was a trooper because Miss Olivia was not on her best behavior. Thank the Lord for good friends like these that make life so much more fun.

Just A Sign Spring Is Around The Corner

Every spring Hays and I do some things in the yard to try and make it look a little better. I always say that one of my hobbies is to pretend to be a gardner. Well this year in honor of Olivia's birth we planted a climbing rose on a trellis against the house. Hopefully, we will see it grow big every year right along with Olivia. I told Hays if we ever move we will have to dig this special climbing rose up and take it with us.
