Yep...That's MY Husband!!
As most of you know, Hays is a freelance photographer that has had pictures published in the Mississippi magazine, Sports Illustrated, local newspapers and now....The Wall Street Journal!!! His picture was in the Sports section of Tuesday's paper (I would have copied the link but it wouldn't let me). I am so proud of him and all of his accomplishments. When you see him, help me in congratulating him on such a big achievement.
An Old Favirote
In Christ Alone
There in the ground His body lay, Light of the world by darkness slain.
Then bursting forth in glorious Day; up from the grave He rose again!
And as He stands in victory sin's curse has lost its grip on me,
For I am His and He is mine bought with the precious blood of Christ.
No guilt in life, no fear in death; this is the power of Christ in me.
From life's first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny.
No power of hell, no scheme of man can ever pluck me from His hand;
Til He returns or calls me home, here in the power of Christ I'll stand.
*I know I have put parts of this song on here before but we sang this in church this morning and I just love it. It has such powerful lyrics and can bring me to tears every time.

Turning A New Leaf
Miss Priss may be turning a new leaf on her perspective with church and the nursery. The past few Sundays she has been the angel we knew she could be. What a relief it has been to sit through the church service without worrying about Olivia crying in the nursery and being paged out. She seems to really enjoy playing with the other babies and is always in a good mood when we pick her up. We have our fingers crossed that things will continue to go in this direction.
