This is a tad late like most posts that are supposed to be posted in a timely manner but it is posted nonetheless.
Valentine's Day was a lot of fun this year. Olivia is at the age where she understands what is going on and to say she was excited to get special treatment all day would be an understatement. She kept asking the next day if Valentine's Day was over.
Our day started with gifts and a hearty helping of heart pancakes. We don't give much around here for this day but really try to show our love, as we should everyday.
Ford thought mommy's heart pancakes were silly, probably the same feeling he'll have towards this holiday when he gets older....
This week has been full of birthday preparations. How can it be that Ford is already a year old???
And we have been back to our favorite spot again.
How can you deny a three years old wish to visit the library frequently. She was a big girl while getting her haircut that morning so we went to the library for new books and videos which included 2 Berenstain Bears books and one Curious George book about going camping. We also had to have a discussion about our library voice and not climbing the bookcases.
Never a dull moment.
